Endurance training may not be glamorous, but it’s the key to mastering your handstand. This month, Deflying Fitness is giving you an incentive to achieve your handstand goals.
For February, follow along with any of our endurance training programs. Take a video of your first 5 minute training session at the start of the month, and your last session at the end of the month. Work to your current level. The 5 most improved entrants will win a Deflying Fitness T-shirt. One entrant will win either our Handstand Training Package or one registration to any of our handstand events in 2017.
Let’s keep it honest everyone; no faking your videos! Let’s work together to accomplish our goals in 2017.
Choose the appropriate level for your progress. You can have your feet on the wall, the ceiling, a door frame, spotted, or free. Pick something that will challenge you so you finish the month stronger.
1. You must post at least two progress videos tagging #deflyingfitness and #februaryhandstandcontest either on Instagram or Facebook. To make sure your entry is recorded, you must also email firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Be honest, we want you to be progressing!
3. Deflying Fitness will choose winners based on their judgement of progress and improvement.
4. Prizes will be fulfilled in March, 2017.
5. Winners will be chosen on March 1, 2017.
