Circus Fitness Workshop at Element Athletic, Vancouver

All levels welcome!

Ever wanted to train like a circus performer? Do you want to hold a handstand or do the splits? This workshop will give you a taste of the circus training experience and will leave you with new circus-inspired fundamentals to maximize your everyday training.

What will be covered:

  • Handstands – learn the basics, or techniques to take you to the next level
  • Flexibility – contortionist or not, everyone could use better flexibility and mobility.
  • Aerial Strength – Bored with pullups? Turn your training upside-down
  • Partner Acrobatics – From yoga-like poses to bigger moves. Something for all skill levels
  • And more! including juggling, object manipulation, and balancing
