Circus Fitness Workshop Series – Vancouver – Day 1 – Aerial Strength

Day 1 of the Circus Fitness Workshops will be focused on Aerial Strength. There’s more to bar training than just pullups. Learn circus-inspired techniques to improve your pulling.

What will be covered:

  • pull up drills
  • 1 arm strength
  • partner work
  • shoulder prep
  • grip strength
