Circus Fitness Workshop Series – Vancouver – Day 3 – Partner Acrobatics

Day 3 of the Circus Fitness Workshop will be focused on Partner Acrobatics. From partner-yoga to more advanced skills, learn how to work with others to develop technique, confidence and strength. 

What will be covered:

  • couter balancing
  • partner strength
  • pyramids
  • basing and flying

This workshop is part of a special Circus Fitness series being held at Element Athletic. There are also an Aerial Strength, and Acrobatics workshops. If you sign up for all 3 save $60!.
