This class is for anyone who would like to learn how to work on their handstand with weekly feedback to improve their technique!
This class is for all ages and levels beginner thru intermediate. Whether it’s your first time upside or you’re working towards your press or 1 arm, this course is for you! (Advanced handbalancers contact us about one on one sessions)

- basic shapes
- how to safely get into and out of a handstand
- press to handstand exercises
- holding a free handstand
- endurance training
Classes will be held at Scotiabank Dance Centre 677 Davie St Vancouver, BC in the Zagar studio on the 7th floor
