The class will be held on Thursday evenings from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in Toronto’s west end.
This class is for anyone who would like to learn how to work on their handstand with weekly feedback to improve their technique! For all ages and levels beginner thru intermediate. Whether it’s your first-time upside down or you’re working towards getting your free handstand away from the wall, this course is for you!
