Take your flexibility to the next level!
Classes will take place Saturdays from 10-12:15. Each class is 2 hrs and 15 min long.
This class is for people who are close to having their splits and have a solid bridge.
The first hour and a half is the all levels class that focuses on getting a good warm up, over splits, shoulders warm up, and bridges.
The last 45 min will be working towards individual flexibility goals such as chest stand, needle scale, contortion and mexican style handstands, and much more.
