Online Beginner/Intermediate Handstand Class – March 28

Join us for some self quarantined Handstand training

While we are all practicing social distancing to help prevent the spread of COVID 19, we will be offering online classes to keep you on track for your flexibility goals. We understand that this situation has made it so that some people are financially struggling, while others are still able to continue working from home. Therefore we are offering these classes on a sliding scale. For those of you who can’t afford to pay there are 3 free spots in each class, and have left donation options open for those of you who can continue to help support our small business and the livelihood of our coaches.

This class is for anyone who would like to learn how to work on their handstand with weekly feedback to improve their technique! This class is for all ages and levels beginner thru intermediate. Whether it’s your first-time upside down or you’re working towards getting your free handstand away from the wall, this course is for you!

How it works

Please download zoom and ensure you have a good internet connection before the start time of your scheduled class. Once you’ve registered, you will be added to the list and the instructor will send out an invitation to everyone on the list 1-2 hours before the class. Make sure you have enough space available in the room you will be using so that you won’t be hitting anything.

There is only space for 10 people per class, so be sure to register ahead of time as these classes have been selling out.

You must register at least 2.5hrs before the class is scheduled to start.
