Join us for some self quarantined Handstand training
While we are all practicing social distancing to help prevent the spread of COVID 19, we will be offering online classes to keep you on track for your flexibility goals. We understand that this situation has made it so that some people are financially struggling, while others are still able to continue working from home. Therefore we are offering these classes on a sliding scale. For those of you who can’t afford to pay there are 3 free spots in each class, and have left donation options open for those of you who can continue to help support our small business and the livelihood of our coaches.
Pre-requisites for Advanced:
For the advanced handstand class you must be able to comfortably by able to hold a 10 sec handstand away from the wall and be experienced at falling out of your handstand. If you’re not sure if you meet these pre-requisites please sign up for the beginner/intermediate class and ask the instructor at the end of class if it would be appropriate for you to join advanced.
This class is for anyone who can do a handstand and would like to take it to the next level. This is a chance to start focusing on refining your technique and mastering the basics so you can start working towards your one arm handstand and stalder press.

How it works
Please download zoom https://zoom.us/ and ensure you have a good internet connection before the start time of your scheduled class. Once you’ve registered, you will be added to the list and the instructor will send out an invitation to everyone on the list 1-2 hours before the class. Make sure you have enough space available in the room you will be using so that you won’t be hitting anything.
