Active recovery is the best way to reduce stress and see faster results
Classes will take place Monday nights from 7:30-8:30pm.
This class has been developed from a combination of self myo-fascial release, stretching, stress reducing breathing techniques, restorative, yin and hatha yoga practices. It caters to all levels, and is dedicated to maximize recovery from all other activities while giving your mind the benefits of a gentle yoga practice. This class was inspired by all those hard working people, looking for some guidance to help the body slow down and recover while still making progress.

- Foam/Ball rolling
- Active and passive yoga poses
- Partner Stretches
