All Levels Flexibility 4 week series – starting Thu June 4 at 6pm EDT

Join us for some quarantined Flexibility training

While we are all practicing social distancing to help prevent the spread of COVID 19, we will be offering online classes to keep you on track for your flexibility goals. We understand that this situation has made it so that some people are financially struggling, while others are still able to continue working from home. Therefore we are offering these classes on a sliding scale to accommodate as many situations as possible.

Class dates:

  • June 4
  • June 11
  • June 18
  • June 25

What is covered:

Each class is 90 min long. This class has been developed from a combination of gymnastics, dance, circus, martial arts, yoga, and pilates devoted to increasing your flexibility! For all ages and all flexibility levels—absolute beginner to contortionist.

It goes very well in combination with yoga, dance, or any other cross training activities in which you stretch as a warm up to maintain your flexibility during the week. However, if you only have time for this class you will still notice a major difference in your flexibility with regular practice.

  • over splits and bridges
  • resistance stretching
  • active flexibility
  • connecting the breath to your stretching

How it works

Please download zoom https://zoom.us/ and ensure you have a good internet connection before the start time of your scheduled class. Once you’ve registered, you will be added to the list and the instructor will send out an invitation to everyone on the list 1-2 hours before the class. Make sure you have enough space available in the room you will be using so that you won’t be hitting anything.

Class sizes are limited so be sure to register ahead of time to guarantee your spot
