Join me for some quarantined Flexibility training
While we are all practicing social distancing to help prevent the spread of COVID 19, we will be offering online classes to keep you on track for your flexibility goals. We understand that this situation has made it so that some people are financially struggling, while others are still able to continue working. Therefore we are offering these classes on a sliding scale to accommodate as many situations as possible.

Pre-requisites for Advanced:
For the advanced flexibility class you must be close to having your splits, you must be able to do a bridge on the floor with straight arms, and you must be able to kick into a handstand against the wall. If you’re not sure if you meet these pre-requisites please sign up for the All Levels class and ask the instructor at the end of the series if it would be appropriate for you to join advanced.
What is covered:
This is a 2 hour class geared towards taking your flexibility to the next level. The first hour and fifteen minutes is an advanced version of the all levels class that focuses on getting a good warm up, over splits, shoulders warm up, and bridges. The last 45 min will be working towards focused flexibility goals such as:
- Mexican style handstands and elbow stands
- front and back walkovers
- contortion style chest stands, handstands and elbow stands
- front, back, and side scales
This series we will be focusing on walkovers
How it works
Please download zoom https://zoom.us/ and ensure you have a good internet connection before the start time of your scheduled class. Once you’ve registered, you will be added to the list and the instructor will send out an invitation to everyone on the list 1-2 hours before the class. Make sure you have enough space available in the room you will be using so that you won’t be hitting anything.
