Handstand Foundations 4 week series – starting Sat July 4 at 9am EDT

Join us for some quarantined Handstand training

While we are all practicing social distancing to help prevent the spread of COVID 19, we will be offering online classes to keep you on track for your flexibility goals. We understand that this situation has made it so that some people are financially struggling, while others are still able to continue working from home. Therefore we are offering these classes on a sliding scale to accommodate as many situations as possible.

Class dates:

  • July 4
  • July 11
  • July 18
  • July 25

There are NO pre-requisites for this class

What is covered:

This class is for anyone who can do a handstand and would like to take it to the next level.  This is a chance to start learning how to properly learn the foundations of a strong handstand. Get strong at the basics and know how to put in work that will pay off.

This course covers

  • stability exercises
  • patterning
  • how to use the wall to spot yourself properly
  • how to find your balance
  • troubleshooting your line
  • how to get into your handstand

How it works

Please download zoom https://zoom.us/ and ensure you have a good internet connection before the start time of your scheduled class. Once you’ve registered, you will be added to the list and the instructor will send out an invitation to everyone on the list 1-2 hours before the class. Make sure you have enough space available in the room you will be using so that you won’t be hitting anything.

Class sizes are limited so be sure to register ahead of time to guarantee your spot
