This is a 1 hour class geared towards intermediate handbalancers. You will need to make sure you warm up before class because I want to spend as much time working on technique as we can in 1 hour. We will always finish off with an endurance exercise because (let’s face it) the likelihood of you doing the endurance training on your own is not very high.
The majority of the class will be working on goal specific exercises working towards Press to Handstand:
- Eccentric work
- Compression strength
- Articulation strength
- Push endurance
