Due to the complexities of this year, all classes will be on a sliding scale until the end of 2020

Class dates:

  • Oct 19 6:30pm-7:30pm EDT
  • Oct 26 6:30pm-7:30pm EDT
  • Nov 2 6:30pm-7:30pm EDT
  • Nov 9 6:30pm-7:30pm EDT

Pre-requisites for this class:

For the advanced flexibility class you must be close to having your splits, you must be able to do a bridge on the floor with straight arms, and you must be able to kick into a handstand against the wall. If you’re not sure if you meet these pre-requisites please sign up for the All Levels flexibility class and any of the other handstand classes that are appropriate for your level and ask the instructor at the end of the series if it would be appropriate for you to join this class.

How it works

Please download zoom https://zoom.us/ and ensure you have a good internet connection before the start time of your scheduled class. Once you’ve registered, you will be sent a link that you can use for all 4 of the classes. Make sure you have enough space available in the room you will be using so that you won’t be hitting anything.

Class sizes are limited so be sure to register ahead of time to guarantee your spot

*TAKE NOTE THAT YOU MUST ARRIVE WARMED UP BY EITHER TAKING THE ALL LEVELS FLEXIBILITY CLASS, OR DOING YOUR OWN WARM UP BEFORE THE START TIME*

This is a 1 hour class geared towards Advanced Flexibility goals. You will must arrive to the class having properly warmed up your splits, shoulders, and bridges. For October, we will be working on your Bendy Handstands:

  • Mexican style handstands
  • Contortion style handstands
  • Split handstands
  • Increasing range of motion in splits and bridges

In addition to the class you will get homework to do in between classes.

You will also have the opportunity to be a part of the Homework Club at no additional cost!

I will be hosting a zoom training session Tuesdays and Fridays at 5:30pm EDT. It’s a scheduled time where we can all do our training together and have some accountability. It also means that you can ask questions about your homework LIVE because I will also be doing my training during that time.
