*TAKE NOTE THAT YOU MUST ARRIVE WARMED UP BY EITHER TAKING THE ALL LEVELS FLEXIBILITY CLASS, OR DOING YOUR OWN WARM UP BEFORE THE START TIME*
This is a 1 hour class geared towards Advanced Flexibility goals. You will must arrive to the class having properly warmed up your splits, shoulders, and bridges. For October, we will be working on your Bendy Handstands:
- Mexican style handstands
- Contortion style handstands
- Split handstands
- Increasing range of motion in splits and bridges
In addition to the class you will get homework to do in between classes.
You will also have the opportunity to be a part of the Homework Club at no additional cost!
I will be hosting a zoom training session Tuesdays and Fridays at 5:30pm EDT. It’s a scheduled time where we can all do our training together and have some accountability. It also means that you can ask questions about your homework LIVE because I will also be doing my training during that time.
