This is a 1 hour class geared towards Advanced Flexibility goals. You will must arrive to the class having properly warmed up your splits, shoulders, and bridges. For September, we will be working on your Mexican Handstand:
- Mexican style handstands
- Mexican style elbow stands
- Gaining strength in your shoulders to go lower
- Increasing range of motion to get deeper
In addition to the class you will get homework to do in between classes.
You will also have the opportunity to be a part of the Homework Club at no additional cost!
I will be hosting a zoom training session Tuesdays and Fridays at 5:30pm EDT. It’s a scheduled time where we can all do our training together and have some accountability. It also means that you can ask questions about your homework LIVE because I will also be doing my training during that time.
