If you’ve been to any of our Aerial strength workshops or certifications you know what this is. This simple strap has endless uses in Aerial training. Great for working strength or shoulder flexibility on a chin up bar, rings, or trapeze. It allows you to work towards difficult one-arm skills while still being able to “spot” yourself and is one of our favourite tools for opening up tight shoulders.
