This is a 1 and a half hour class geared towards increasing range of motion. We do a 40 minute warm up each class where the exercises stay the same but the focus and intention will vary so that you can get comfortable and learn how to relax into your stretches. We also do splits, shoulder specific stretches, and back bends. This ensures you will cover your full body so that your body will provide you with more space to move within your own tissue. Here are some of the topics we will focus on during the series:
- How to breath in your stretches
- How to relax and isolate different muscle groups
- How to progress or regress a stretch
- How to adjust a stretch to work for you
- Working with props
- Working with weights
In addition to the class you will get homework to do in between classes.
You will also have the opportunity to be a part of the Homework Club at no additional cost!
I will be hosting a zoom training session Tuesdays 9-10am EST and Fridays at 5:30pm EST. It’s a scheduled time where we can all do our training together and have some accountability. It also means that you can ask questions about your homework LIVE because I will also be doing my training during that time.
