There are no pre-requisites for this workshop. As long as you don’t have any wrist or lower back injuries then you will be able to do everything covered at the workshop.

Please download zoom https://zoom.us/ and ensure you have a good internet connection before the start time of your scheduled class. Once you’ve registered, you will be sent a link that you can use for the workshop. Make sure you have enough space available in the room you will be using so that you won’t be hitting anything.

Product Description

This is a 1 hour workshop geared towards beginner to intermediate handbalancers.

A croc is an arm balance that you will often see as part of a handstand act in circus. It can be done on many different apparatus once you know how to do it. At this workshop we will be starting from the beginning, as if you’ve never done this before, and working our way towards doing it on 1 arm.

You will need to make sure you warm up before class because I want to spend as much time working on technique as we can during the hour.

You will need:

  • floor space
  • handstand blocks or canes or firm yoga blocks
  • 2 flat chairs or stools (must be solid *no padding and no butt grooves)
