This is a 1 hour workshop geared towards beginner to intermediate handbalancers.
A croc is an arm balance that you will often see as part of a handstand act in circus. It can be done on many different apparatus once you know how to do it. At this workshop we will be starting from the beginning, as if you’ve never done this before, and working our way towards doing it on 1 arm.
You will need to make sure you warm up before class because I want to spend as much time working on technique as we can during the hour.
You will need:
- floor space
- handstand blocks or canes or firm yoga blocks
- 2 flat chairs or stools (must be solid *no padding and no butt grooves)
