I took the handstand patterning workshop, and picked up some useful tools and drills. I’ve been training handstands for a few years now, but there were a few more beginner students in the class and they did a great job of being able to work with the range of skill levels simultaneously. Andralyn was both knowledgeable and professional, and worked just hard enough to walk away with both better technique and endurance!
