I have had the true pleasure of training with Andy and Duane for several obstacle races (X-man, 5K Foam run and others) as well as receiving nutritional guidance. What stands out the most is their high level of professionalism and the non stop enthusiasm for the craft that they have committed their lives too. I have the utmost respect for them and their growing business.
